We have had a great experience with Dale Jarrett Ford and with Kelly Burns.  We visited two other local dealerships prior to coming here.  Both of the other dealerships seemed to have a lot of smoke and mirrors and not know much about the vehicles on their lot.  Dale Jarrett had plenty of inventory to browse.  Kelly was particularly knowledgable and was able to answer our questions well regarding the Explorer and his personal experience with the Ecoboost engine.  Because Dale Jarrett offers true invoice pricing, we were able to order the vehicle that we wanted personalized to our specifications and still got a great deal.  We have had a great experience and highly recommend buying your new Ford here.

Mike is a very knowledgeable sales rep.  He was able to provide us all the information we needed on any of the cars we were looking at to make the decision of our car purchase.  I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Ford. 

Salesman was courteous and knowledagle, however, internet pricing was very misleading. It listed all possible rebates and not just the ones that applied to us. Some of the rebates were very specific an would have only applied to a select few such as student etc.. After making a trip down to dealership we were disappointed by the end price being much higher than what was listed on line.

I have purchased a Ford F-150 here in the past and consider the sales department to be very professional. I would recommend Indian Trail Dale Jarrett Ford to any other customer looking for a reasonable offer on a vehicle. Great buying experience.  Cordial staff, low pressure, and easy to work with.  Highly recommend. My wife and I drove one hour and a half, well worth the trip.

I had put off purchasing a car for a long time because I had dreaded the back-and-forth negotiation that occurs with nearly all car dealerships. I found Dale Jarrett after already being pretty far into the car buying process. I had been negotiating prices with several dealerships when Dale Jarrett offered me the lowest price I had found yet. I approached other dealerships with this price and most of them immediately backed off saying they couldn't match the price for the car. So the no-haggle pricing is a true blessing and I find to be very fair. It is obvious the sales staff does not work on commission because they do a great job of creating a no-pressure environment. The only downside to my car buying experience was that it took a long time for the final numbers to come together and it was a rather lengthy process once I had officially decided to buy the car. A word of caution to anyone reading this review: This review was written before I even drove the car off the lot, so I don't have the advantage of hindsight yet. So perhaps take these compliments with a grain of salt.

The car buying experience for me is usually very painful and something I prefer to avoid. Bob and the staff at Dale Jarrett were very friendly and I would rate this as one of the better car buying experiences I've had in my 40+ years od driving.
