Pleasantly surprised to have a laid back experience - no pressure.  We came knowing what we wanted and got all our questions answered in a very professional manner.  As we worked through the deal, we were treated respectfully in regards to our time and other commitments.  Very impressed with Kevin's knowledge with respect to all the vehicles features.  He imparted the knowledge we needed to be able to make an informed decision.  We would recommend Kevin as a sales person and Dale Jarrett Ford as a dealership.  Thanks for the great experience. 

Easy to deal with friendly made car buying fun.  This has been the best experience that I have had purchasing a vehicle.  Kevin Wilson was my salesperson and he was great.   He was very easy going, answered all our questions, not rushed, and very knowledgable, just a very likeable person.    Mike Capron was also great.  He was very people oriented, made contact with me regularly to keep me updated on the status of the new truck.   They were two super people.  I will highly recommend Dale Jarrett Ford to my friends and acquaintances and I will request these two guys to help them.

I have bought several new fords in my lifetime, but i have had the best buying experience here. No hassles,no haggling, I would definitely make the trip back up here to buy again.

Kevin, was great. He answered every question I had about Ford cars. The service department here is great also. I have brought my truck in for service without notice and they got me right in and repaired my truck in the same day. I am going to love my new fusion.

Over the past 2 years, I have test driven over 20 car at 8 dealerships.   I returned to Dale Jarrett in part because Kevin Wilson was such a good sale representative.  When I came in 4 months ago, he was helpful but did not press for an immediate sale.  Additionally, he gave me some options to think about with his detailed knowledge of current and future products.

One thing to consider that was not quite as positive is the internet sales.  I sent an inquiry asking specifically about the arrival of eco-boost F150's and had three things happen.  1) Question was not answered 2) I was put on an email mailing list. 3) I was sent a list of current inventory that had nothing to do with my question.

After I pressed, I got an answer from the internet sales rep that was incorrect about when the F150's would arrive (I was told late March).  

When Kevin directly followed up, I agreed to come back in and take a look at the current inventory which led to the sale.  Net rating:  Kevin:  5 stars.   Internet sales:  2 stars.
