Mike is a very knowledgeable sales rep.  He was able to provide us all the information we needed on any of the cars we were looking at to make the decision of our car purchase.  I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Ford.

Mike did a great job and showed us three different cars before we settled on one.  He was knowledgable about all of the vehicles and a fun guy to work with.  When the time came to cover the business part, he was professional, open and straightforward.  My only disappointment with the experience is that Mike could not offer me Panthers tickets with our new car purchase.  Maybe next time, Mike - get the tickets ready!

I had put off purchasing a car for a long time because I had dreaded the back-and-forth negotiation that occurs with nearly all car dealerships. I found Dale Jarrett after already being pretty far into the car buying process. I had been negotiating prices with several dealerships when Dale Jarrett offered me the lowest price I had found yet. I approached other dealerships with this price and most of them immediately backed off saying they couldn't match the price for the car. So the no-haggle pricing is a true blessing and I find to be very fair. It is obvious the sales staff does not work on commission because they do a great job of creating a no-pressure environment. The only downside to my car buying experience was that it took a long time for the final numbers to come together and it was a rather lengthy process once I had officially decided to buy the car. A word of caution to anyone reading this review: This review was written before I even drove the car off the lot, so I don't have the advantage of hindsight yet. So perhaps take these compliments with a grain of salt.

Mike is helpful without being overly pushy. He knows his stuff and is prompt returning calls and emails.  He also went beyond normal service to look into other options for us.  I would highly recommend him to work with and would buy from him/this dealer again.

Ordered a Sterling Grey Mustang 5.0 Premium 3.5 months ago and they could not get it due to paint issues. Found a black Mustang 5.0 similar to the one I ordered. Although it didn't have the same features, I did go ahead and purchase it. Satisfied with the sales dept. Just dissapointed in the hold time for the original order. They do have a better selection than other dealers in the area. Have also been treated good by the service dept. in the past. They are excellent.

i hate car shopping but it was almost perfect to buy a car from this dealership. The only real problem was due to new computers, which slowed the whole process a bit but that was the only down siode.
